During the application process, users must upload the property title deed, the designated name of the RWA asset, and recent photos and videos of the real estate asset. Additionally, they must provide the representative image to be used for the NFT, the property’s key features (such as heating type, number of rooms, and location), and details on how many F-NFTs the NFT will be divided into. Licensed real estate valuation experts assess the asset’s market value, after which the user receives a price offer. Upon approval, the official procedures are initiated, and the transaction is completed within a few days.
