How to Log In to the Platform?
In this article, we will explain how EgeMoney users (who have completed their registration) log in to the platform.
When you enter the EgeMoney website, click on the “Login” button on the right of the menu at the top of the page.
After you click the button, the next page contains two types of login options. One is mobile (via mobile phone number) and the other is email login option.
For mobile:
1) Enter your mobile phone number (5xx xxx xxxx) on first space. You can change the country code by clicking the flag to the left of the space.
2) Enter your password in the space below. Then click the “Sign In” button.
3) After this step, a 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile phone as SMS. Enter the sent code on the screen that appears within 120 seconds.
4) After you enter the code correctly, your login process will be complete as well.
For e-mail:
1) Enter your mobile e-mail id on first space.
2) Enter your password in the space below. Then click the “Sign In” button.
3) After this step, a 6-digit code will be sent to your e-mail address. Enter the sent code on the screen that appears within 120 seconds.
4) After you enter the code correctly, your login process will be complete as well.
