In order to offer you enhanced wallet efficiency and security, we are implementing innovations across our entire wallet infrastructure. In line with this, we have decided to discontinue the use of the existing deposit addresses on the ERC 20 and TRC 20 networks.
New addresses will be designated to our users by EgeMoney to simplify this process. However, there are important points to be noted:
- Transactions made to the old deposit addresses will automatically be reflected to your new account for two weeks.
- After two weeks, transactions made to the old deposit addresses will not be added to the account automatically. Users experiencing issues during this period can seek assistance from our support team.
To access your newly assigned addresses, you can use the “Network” section on the “Deposit Crypto” page.
