Buying and Selling Hamster on the Spot Market
First, log in to your Egemoney account. You can log in using your phone number or email address. Click on the “Markets” tab in the top menu and select the “Spot Market” option. There are many trading pairs available in the spot market. You can choose between USDT, USDC, and TRY to select the pair you wish to trade. If you need Turkish Lira to buy Hamster, choose the TRY option. Then, find and select Hamster from the bottom menu.
In this section, you will see order types like Limit, Market, Stop Limit, and OCO. A limit order is a request to buy or sell at a price you set. For buying, enter a price below the market rate; for selling, enter a price above it. A market order allows you to buy or sell immediately at the current market price, and is usually preferred by traders wanting to execute quickly. A stop-limit order activates a limit order once a specific price is reached. You set a “stop” price, and when the market hits this price, the limit order is triggered. OCO (One Cancels the Other) combines two orders; when one is executed, the other is canceled. This is often used to manage both limit and stop orders simultaneously.
Based on the amount you set, the value of Hamster or your selected currency (FIAT) will appear at the bottom. After reviewing everything, click the “Buy Hamster” button to complete the transaction. In this section, you can also see the approximate commission and total amount.
Hamster Transactions with Rapid Convert
After logging into your account, go to the Markets section on the homepage and click on the “Rapid Convert” button. This section allows you to exchange between units and wallets. Unlike other markets, you can only perform conversions between your own assets.
The conversion area will appear as a simple box. It’s very easy to use. First, select Egemoney from the wallet options since the conversion will be made between the assets in your Egemoney wallet.
In the “How would you like to pay?” section, choose Hamster. For the “Receive” option, select the desired unit. Enter the amount of Hamster you want to convert in the top field. The corresponding FIAT value will automatically appear below. You can also find the minimum and maximum value limits on this screen.
In the summary section at the bottom, carefully review the Withdrawal Fee, Commission, and Receive Amount information. If everything looks correct, click the “Proceed with Convert” button to start the process.
At this stage, your request will be processed and completed within the specified time. You can view this transaction in your order book. Additionally, you can make conversions between the assets you want in the Rapid Convert section.
Once the transaction is completed, you can access all the necessary information on the Details page.
