The Shiba Inu community, known as the Shib Army, is trying to see whether decentralization really works when a coin starts from scratch without a centralized team, funding, and direct leaders.<\/p>\n<h2>SHIB Token Project<\/h2>\n<p>The SHIB token is a cryptocurrency created in the ERC-20 standard on the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain. Initially started as a joke token, it is the cryptocurrency of the Shiba Inu ecosystem and is supported by the SHIBArmy. As the Shiba Inu ecosystem has developed over time, various functions of the SHIB token have also emerged.<\/p>\n<h3>How is the Shiba Inu Network Secured?<\/h3>\n<p>The Shiba Inu network is secured through the SHIB staking process. It is also currently based on the Ethereum network, which uses a Proof of Work (PoW) consensus mechanism. However, PoW is time-consuming and energy-inefficient. Therefore, Ethereum is transitioning to Proof of Stake (PoS) to bring cheaper and faster transactions to the network.<\/p>\n<h3>What Makes the Shiba Inu (SHIB) Project Special?<\/h3>\n<p>Unlike other joke and meme coins, Shiba Inu (SHIB) has functionality in projects like ShibaSwap, Shiba Inu Incubator, and Shiboshi NFTs. Through its website, Shiba Inu introduces the SHIB community to the NFT world and supports artists from around the world who produce Shiba dog-themed works.<\/p>\n<p>The Shiba Inu (SHIB) community also organizes and has organized many donation campaigns.
